For shipping outside of the United States or if you are purchasing more than 4 machines, please give us a call so we can quote shipping. 

We will not ship machines to California, Colorado, Indiana, Louisiana, or New Jersey.

We refurbish each machine to order, so delivery typically takes place at least 2 weeks after the initial order. Photos on site are stock images, machines may vary in cabinet style or color.

When a slot machine is purchased from Ohio Gaming Slots it is in our best interest to ensure that your machine arrives safe and sound. There is nothing more frustrating than a broken piece of glass from the movement of freight. To ensure the safety of your machine we carefully place each machine onto a pallet, we then bubble wrap, shrink-wrap and apply extra padding and cardboard to properly secure the safe delivery of your machine. Once an order is placed please allow 7-10 business day turnaround time until shipping.

What happens when the machine leaves our facility? We will email you the tracking information to your machine, you will then be able to watch your machine travel to its final destination. Once the machine arrives to the closest terminal, you will be contacted by a shipping company’s customer service rep to schedule a delivery appointment. Once that is in place, typically a smaller 18 foot truck with a lift-gate will come to your place of residence and deliver the machine. They will not bring the machine inside and set it up but will place it outside the residence for you. Please check the machine of any significant damages before signing the paperwork. If you happen to notice damages after you sign the paperwork, Ohio Gaming Slots is not held responsible.

Should you desire to return an item purchased from Ohio Gaming Slots, please contact us via phone at 513-850-1384. You are responsible for the price of shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee.
